La Fiscala de la Audiencia Nacional ha pedido para el expresidente de la Real Federacin Espaola de Ftbol, Luis Rubiales, en el caso del beso a la futbolista del combinado femenino, Jennifer Hermoso, dos aos y medio de crcel y una indemnizacin de 100.000 euros.

En el escrito, que corresponde a la fiscal de la Audiencia Nacional Marta Durntez, se solicita un ao de prisin a Luis Rubiales por agresin sexual a Jenni Hermoso por el beso que le dio durante la entrega de medallas tras la consecucin del Mundial por parte de la seleccin espaola.

Y, un ao y medio por las coacciones que recibi la futbolista tras esa polmica accin y la repercusin meditica que tuvo en Espaa. Este delito, tipificado en el artculo 172 del Cdigo Penal, tambin se le ha impuesto al exseleccionador nacional, Jorge Vilda; al actual director deportivo de la seleccin, Albert Luque y al jefe de Marketing de la RFEF, Rubn Rivera.
