MINREX registra cifra millonaria de documentos legalizados en lo que va de año

Lejos de alarmarse por un número tan elevado, el canciller cubano Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla celebró a bombo y platillo los más de un millón doscientos mil documentos legalizados por su Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores (MINREX) en lo que va de año, pero detrás de todo eso hay un panorama de gente desesperada por salir de Cuba por alguna vía.

Escribió en X el portavoz del MINREX: “Desde mayo, las legalizaciones no exceden el plazo establecido de 10 días en la Cancillería, gracias al esfuerzo conjunto de trabajadores y organismos implicados”.

Algunos comentarios a este tuit de Rodríguez Parrilla redundaron en si no se había cuestionado para qué se han legalizado un millón doscientos mil documentos.

Si cierto es que ha habido una mejora en estos servicios, luego que, desde mediados de 2023, el MINREX reconociera un atraso en la legalización de documentos a causa del incremento de la demanda, la actual crisis migratoria ha provocado el colapso de las oficinas notariales de varias provincias.

Este número millonario destapa una vez más la realidad de Cuba, bajo la sombra de una emigración indetenible de cubanos que buscan mejores condiciones de vida y desarrollo profesional.

Según trascendió hace par de meses, el gobierno cubano anunció que valora la posibilidad de adherirse al Convenio de la Apostilla, lo que permitiría que no haya que legalizar mediante un trámite para que surtan efecto legal fuera de Cuba hasta un 60% de los documentos.
