Posteriormente, fue condenado a 10 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n Desde su detenci\u00f3n, ha sido trasladado entre varias prisiones, donde ha sufrido condiciones severas de aislamiento, insalubridad y maltratos.<\/p>\n En abril de 2024, el joven intent\u00f3<\/a> quitarse la vida en su celda.<\/strong><\/p>\n En respuesta a la gravedad de la situaci\u00f3n, la CIDH emiti\u00f3 el 30 de junio de 2024 la Resoluci\u00f3n 41\/2024, otorgando medidas cautelares<\/a> a favor de Claro Valladares.\u00a0<\/p>\n La Comisi\u00f3n consider\u00f3 que el joven est\u00e1 en una situaci\u00f3n de gravedad y urgencia, con riesgo de da\u00f1o irreparable a sus derechos a la vida, integridad personal y salud.<\/p>\n La CIDH ha solicitado al r\u00e9gimen cubano que adopte medidas para proteger los derechos de Claro Valladares, incluyendo la adecuaci\u00f3n de sus condiciones de detenci\u00f3n a los est\u00e1ndares internacionales aplicables.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Al menos 10 presos pol\u00edticos han intentado suicidarse, autoagredirse o han tenido ideas suicidas de inicios de a\u00f1o ac\u00e1, de acuerdo a un\u00a0informe<\/a>\u00a0de Justicia 11J y el Centro de Documentaci\u00f3n de Prisiones Cubanas (CDPC).\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
