El tren Manzanillo-Habana se descarril\u00f3 este martes mientras cubr\u00eda la ruta entre la ciudad oriental y la capital cubana, informaron esta tarde fuentes oficiales.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el Consejo de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal de Manzanillo, se descarrilaron dos coches, pero afortunadamente no se reportan da\u00f1os materiales ni p\u00e9rdidas de vidas humanas.<\/p>\n

\u201cSe esperan las brigadas de v\u00eda y puente de Manzanillo con apoyo de las brigadas de Yara y Mabay para continuar viaje hasta la capital\u201d, indica la publicaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n Municipal.<\/p>\n

Las im\u00e1genes disponibles muestran las ruedas del tren salidas de la l\u00ednea f\u00e9rrea, pero no llegaron a volarse los coches.<\/p>\n

Diversos testigos se\u00f1alaron en redes sociales que el personal que se encontraba dentro de los vagones estaba bien y que el Ministerio del Interior estaba investigando las causas pese a que no fue un accidente estrepitoso.<\/p>\n

A finales del a\u00f1o pasado otro tren se descarril\u00f3 en La Habana, pero se trat\u00f3 de un tren de carga. Tambi\u00e9n en 2023 un coche motor que cubr\u00eda el trayecto Las Tunas-Manat\u00ed se descarril\u00f3 en otro incidente.<\/p>\n

Los incidentes de este tipo han dejado fundamentalmente p\u00e9rdidas materiales.\u00a0<\/p>\n

El ferrocarril cubano tiene necesidad de una fuerte inversi\u00f3n, tanto en infraestructura como en trenes propiamente.
