Los m\u00fasicos cubanos Paquito D’ Rivera, Chucho Vald\u00e9s, Omara Portuondo, Arturo Sandoval y Yadam Gonz\u00e1lez triunfaron en los Latin Grammy 2023, celebrados este jueves en la ciudad espa\u00f1ola de Sevilla.<\/p>\n

Paquito D’ Rivera gan\u00f3 el Latin Grammy en dos categor\u00edas: Mejor Obra\/Composici\u00f3n Cl\u00e1sica Contempor\u00e1nea, con el \u00e1lbum “Concerto Venezolano” y el Mejor \u00c1lbum de Jazz Latino\/Jazz, con “I Missed You Too!”, una colaboraci\u00f3n con Chucho Vald\u00e9s y The Reunion Sextet.<\/p>\n

“Quiero dedicar este premio tremendo a dos pueblos que estimo y est\u00e1n oprimidos por igual: Cuba y Venezuela, que pronto ser\u00e1n libres”, dijo D’ Rivera, un gran defensor de la causa por la democracia en Cuba.<\/p>\n

El compositor cubano Yadam Gonz\u00e1lez, quien gan\u00f3 dos Latin Grammy por su colaboraci\u00f3n en “Patria y Vida”, se llev\u00f3 en esta ocasi\u00f3n el premio a la Mejor Canci\u00f3n Tropical, con “Si t\u00fa me quieres”, firmada junto a Fonseca y Yoel Henr\u00edquez.<\/p>\n

Omara Portuondo, la diva del Buena Vista Social Club, gan\u00f3 en la categor\u00eda de Mejor \u00c1lbum Tropical Tradicional con su disco “Vida”, producido por la int\u00e9rprete guatemalteca Gaby Moreno.<\/p>\n

La producci\u00f3n Made In Miami, del fallecido artista cubanoamericano Camilo Valencia, junto al venezolano Richard Bravo y con colaboraci\u00f3n de Arturo Sandoval, gan\u00f3 el Grammy Latino 2023 en la categor\u00eda de Mejor \u00c1lbum Instrumental.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
