Fuertes lluvias provocan accidentes en La Habana

Las intensas lluvias de este miércoles provocaron varios accidentes en La Habana, lo que afectó la circulación en zonas clave de la ciudad.

En la Vía Blanca, cerca de la Rotonda de la Shell, un almendrón aparentemente perdió el control bajo las difíciles condiciones climáticas y colisionó con un Jeep, de acuerdo con reportes en redes sociales.

Mientras que el túnel de Quinta Avenida igualmente ocurrió un accidente. Las causas aún no han sido confirmadas, pero todo indica que la fuerte lluvia podría haber jugado un papel crucial en ambas situaciones.

Lo peor es que se esperan lluvias y tormentas eléctricas en la capital y el resto del país, las cuales llegarán a ser fuertes en localidades del interior de estas regiones y extenderse hasta el horario de la noche.

En áreas de chubascos y tormentas eléctricas, pueden incrementarse la fuerza del viento y la altura de las olas, según el parte del Instituto de Meteorología.
